In this project the only motto is to reduce production cost and increase the production rate using various advanced methods of engineering. Sugarcane is an important cash crop for sugar and allied industry related to its by-products and agro based industries. Out of many by-products, jaggery occupies an important place. Jaggery making and marketing in India continues to be the larger agricultural based occupation in spite of the phenomenal increase in the production and consumption of white sugar. In India, jaggery manufacturing is considered as big cottage industry under unorganized sector.

Furthermore, wind energy is available as a residential source of intensity in numerous nations worldwide and not bound to only several countries, as because of oil. In this paper, the design of three different small novel wind turbine models examined under the static structural analysis and maximum deformation in ANSYS. Consequences of examination between three different bladed wind turbine models helped to give a plan to prepare an appropriate prototype for development. The trial examination of ln-house test and vehicle test have been done with considering different aspects such as wind speed, numbers of blades and diameter of the rotor to estimate maximum power output. By taking the reference of research paper (Ashneel Deo et al., 2016), it has been compared with existing system concerning vehicle mounted wind turbine. After comparing In-house and vehicle mounted structure it is seen that a model with eight numbers of blades with 500 mm diameter is increasingly successful as far as a power output up to 24.42 W.

This study is to find a better indulgent of structural behavior in the blades for the different swept area. The best engine overall performance can be obtained by proper design of the engine exhaust systems. Using this engine model, the effects of the parameters of the exhaust systems on the engine performance are obtained. In particular, the following parameters are chosen: diameter of the exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe lengths, and geometry of pipe junctions. This investigation helps to find the optimized size of exhaust pipe system which can be used further designing as well as the manufacturing of exhaust manifold.
