𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🔄 Rahul was a senior leader at a large organization, and despite months of trying, his team just wasn’t adopting the new transformation initiative. Frustrated, he sat down with one of the team members and asked a simple question: What’s holding you back? The response surprised him. “𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 about 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴.” That day, Rahul realized that adoption wasn’t about pushing people harder—it was about 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲. Here are some key highlights from the report: –> Planted 500K trees, greened 3500 acres of land, promoted organic farming, offsetting 250K tons of carbon emissions. –> Empowered 10K+ women through vocational training in hair styling. –> Educated 10K+ students on climate change in 76 schools. –> Delivered clean water to 500 households in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. –> Our efforts are estimated to release 500K tons of Oxygen through 5 lakh planted trees over 20 years. A whopping 135X over subscription With an issue size of just over Rs 8 crore, the company, supplying machines for packaging, labelling, capping, and filling, received bids worth a whopping Rs 1,073 crore. - this the Boss Packaging IPO In parallel, SEBI released this study on 2nd Sep - More than 50% of the investors in IPOs between April 2021 and December 2023 sold the shares within a week of listing This number rose to 70 % of shares by value, within a year of listing 📈 The investor behaviour is clear - especially for SME IPO where entry barrier is low, the growth hungry Bharat is all out there to change their fortunes. 🇮🇳 Stock market is a means to achieve financial independence for many middle class and lower middle class Indians and ease of trading through technology and tools has only made this more possible. 📱📱📱 And the results are needed fast and now. Majority of initial investors are not ready for long haul. I wonder, if these are bubbles waiting to burst?
