As a Mentor of Change,

• Nurture in students the right mindset, values and skills to become an innovator
• Provide guidance on areas like innovation & design, technical know-how, business & entrepreneurship, effective communications and will provide the right inspiration
• Mentor students on the innovations they would be working on.

The programme—an initiative under IBM’s Corporate Citizenship— focuses on teaching girls grade 8 and upwards the technical knowhow of coding and the nuances of workplace skills, communication and leadership, as well as build an awareness among them about the kinds of careers available to them in the STEM fields. They are also be given opportunities to interact with women IBMers who can act as their role models.

I have been driving the change in our society and across Ghaziabad to keep our surroundings clean and encourage people to segregate their kitchen waste and dry waste at home and make compost out of kitchen waste.

Managing almost 150 kg kitchen waste daily and making 100KG organic compost every 2 months .
We have been recognized as a First society in Ghaziabad to manage our 100% kitchen waste at home.

Used to be a Mentor by choice for freshers who were introvert and did not have confidence to communicate well and understand how the corporate world works

Was part of On demand volunteering Community in IBM and used to teach orphan kids on basic health hygiene.

Working towards helping maids in our society to understand how important education is for them and their children and they should send their kids to school.
