Presently working with WNS Global Services as a Deputy Manager – Editorial Newspaper and Magazine for US based client. I joined WNS in July 2015 as Sr. Analyst and later I got promoted in March 2021 as Deputy Manager. Currently I am handling a team of 11 members for daily production of newspapers, magazines and digital editions.

I am taking care of day to day communications with onshore team (Production manager, Printing press and editors) regarding inputs and other specific instructions. I keep track of quality and timely delivery of all publications and SLA deadlines. I am also designing feature and creative pages of magazines. Apart of these I also manage ISO documentation, daily, weekly and monthly production reports. I am also providing process training to new joiners and other team members. I have deep knowledge of process management because I have been working in this project in transition period, so I have all important knowledge of process.

9. Updating template designs of Newspaper and Magazines time to time.

1. Ensured creative designing/visualization for all print and digital work like, flash banners, e-mailers, landing pages and InDesign based Print ads for Magazines & Books, Posters designing, and Covers etc.
2. Quality/SLA management of creative ads/material, online/print mailers for our clients and managing a team of 3 members
3. Design of Print/Online Ads for Magazines, Rosters and Directories.
4. Design Online Ads for Websites and E-MAG Ads for E-Magazines and EPub.
5. Taking care of Ads billing and order entry/invoicing, proof management through customer s upport services
