A recent report by India Today underscores the critical need for work-life balance, with 70% of women identifying it as the primary obstacle to career growth in India. A single day could mean waking up as a mother, presenting a fresh strategy to my CEO as an industry leader, managing contractors/vendors and on-ground operations as a hands-on development professional, building relationships with customers as a passionate designer/storyteller, hiring a new team member as a boss, and going home to be a mother, wife, daughter-in-law and sister again.
