We are deeply humbled and honoured to share that our CEO and Co-Founder, Richa Gupta, shared Labhya's journey of impact at the Annual Conference of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) in Braga, Portugal. The theme of the conference was "Bringing Youth to the Table for the Next Decade." This event brought together more than 600 city representatives, from mayors to focal points, representing UCCN Creative Cities from around the world. The discussions focused on amplifying the voice of youth as a vector for dialogue and change, and leveraging the transformative power of culture and creativity to develop meaningful intergenerational collaborations to address global challenges. Richa brought forward-thinking perspectives on youth participation in systems change and the urgent need to invest in children and young people's well-being. Sometimes, our thoughts are scattered, and we often don't know how we feel. It can be hard to understand ourselves and communicate. However, when we learn to recognize and manage our emotions, our thoughts and feelings become more organized. We begin to analyze and understand more clearly, knowing the intensity of our emotions. This ability helps us cope better with life's challenges. In our classrooms, we enable our children to identify their emotions and understand how they feel. By learning how to regulate emotions, they are able to navigate their feelings, leading to better coping strategies and a more resilient approach towards life's ups and downs.
