They are able to exchange ideas, ask questions, and share different perspectives. In well-being classes, our children learn how to communicate well, listen to each other, and solve problems together. These skills enable them to make friends, work as a team, and feel a sense of belonging! Labhya’s highly localized well-being programs focus on cultivating these vital relationship skills. Within these safe spaces, children learn the values of kindness, respect, empathy, and cooperation. Moreover, they develop the capacity to understand and appreciate different perspectives. By prioritizing the social and emotional well-being of our children, we strive to create a learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and ready to learn! Join us as we build this global movement for the well-being of our children! #wellbeing #children #socialemotionallearning #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #socialimpact #education Richa Gupta | Vedant Jain | Malika Taneja Sodhi

Sometimes, our thoughts are scattered, and we often don't know how we feel. It can be hard to understand ourselves and communicate. However, when we learn to recognize and manage our emotions, our thoughts and feelings become more organized. We begin to analyze and understand more clearly, knowing the intensity of our emotions. This ability helps us cope better with life's challenges. In our classrooms, we enable our children to identify their emotions and understand how they feel. By learning how to regulate emotions, they are able to navigate their feelings, leading to better coping strategies and a more resilient approach towards life's ups and downs. Join us as we enable such safe spaces for our children to become lifelong, effective learners! #children #wellbeing #socialemotionallearning #socialimpact #emotions #mentalhealth Richa Gupta | Vedant Jain | Malika Taneja Sodhi
