Wilhelm Aletter (1867—1934) was an energetic composer, publisher and also, in the First World War, an inventor, of a unique frying-pan. His company published popular works from 1895 in Berlin and from 1898 in Wiesbaden. As a composer his biggest success was his Rococo Intermezzo , Gavotte named Rendez-vous published by Bosworth in 1894, similar to Meyer-Helmund's Rokoko-Liebeslied.
