The package is lost in the shipment via Postnord. Luckily ChristoffersenGuld will help me out with new earrings, so I am very happy that they help me out in this situation.

Above and beyond for customer service

After my partner purchased items at Christmas the lockdown then closed all of your stores and as I was leaving Denmark before you reopened your customer service was fantastic, arriving to have the ring dropped off to store for resizing and then shipping back to the UK. Your staff were friendly and helpful even with all my continuous questions. The ring is gorgeous along with the other items he purchased. I'm sure we will be using you again.
