      My responsibilities include project management support reporting to the Engineering & Project Management Director. Assisting in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating the critical dates of each contract, communicating with various departments to keep everyone on board of any changes on dates and to ensure the delivery of the project on time. Input orders into SAP, processing and checking details and resolving any issues. Release of orders to planning/production. Circulation of weekly reports. Keeping accurate information up to date trough SAP (ERP system), Salesforce, SharePoint, Smartsheet. Ad. Hoc internal process development to suit business needs.
