Last week, X-14 completed a periodic inspection of the Tasmanian Gas Pipeline (managed by Palisade Integrated Management Services ) across Bass Strait in southern Australia. The vessel was mobilised from our technical centre in Melbourne and the survey spanned over 300km from Victoria to Tasmania. This poses a challenge for offshore developers and operators, especially for newly installed assets, where the rate of erosion may be uncertain. XOCEAN operates the world’s largest fleet of USVs which enables us to respond rapidly to the survey needs of clients.
