Last night I had the pleasure of joining a Women in Leadership networking event hosted by Laura Walshe from Needl The panel spoke about the importance of creating these spaces, not just on international women's day. The confidence I walked out with after attending is the reason we need more spaces like this. For me it comes down to SHUVA- Feeling seen, heard, understood, valued and appreciated The deals & heels ladies are a true inspiration for how they support one another, build each other up and move everyone in the room with them forward.
