Last month, LTTS held our Annual Sales Conference. The two – day event brought together our global sales team and allowed them to collaborate with us in person! This event was an opportunity to align on our purpose ‘Working Together for our Future Generations’ and to strategize for growth of LTTS while also reflecting on our current customer relationships. As part of the event we visited our fellow Shannon based enterprise Magellan Aviation Group to hear about their experience within the aviation industry. Hearing diverse perspectives allowed us to identify innovative approaches to further develop our sales processes and customer experience. On the second day of the conference, we attended the International Rugby Experience where we shared innovative ideas on how to develop our growth strategy and better serve our current and future customers. We also put our teamwork skills to the test in a series of rugby themed challenges.
