A highly motivated and ambitious person. We want interns who are go-getters, not timid kids who need to be told what to do. Keeping up with the go-getters in this office is a real challenge, but I think you're up to it. Ellen's always been a go-getter, so I'm not surprised she already has two books published by age 26.
