Could I have a hand (with something)?

Could I have some assistance (with some burden, task, or activity)? Could I have a hand? These boxes are too heavy to carry alone! Hey, could I have a hand with this data entry? It will go much faster if we both work on it together. Could I have a hand with the door, before I end up spilling coffee all over us both?
