3. To waste someone's time with evasive, misleading, or incompetent words or actions. In this usage, a noun or pronoun can be used between "balls" and "about." I thought I'd have my computer back by now, but the repair shop has been ballsing me about all week. Good luck getting your refund anytime soon. They are notorious for ballsing about their customers once they've got your money. Quit ballsing me about and just fix my account already!
4. To speak untruthfully, misleadingly, or hyperbolically about something. He's always ballsing about how many women he's dated over the years. Derrick clearly ballsed about on his résumé because he has no clue what he's doing in this job. Come on, don't balls about—did you really get an A on that impossible test?
