La decimonovena sesión del Comité Intergubernamental para la Salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial se celebrará en Asunción, República del Paraguay, del lunes 2 al sábado 7 de diciembre de 2024. Una ceremonia de apertura está programada para el domingo 1 de diciembre de 2024. La sesión será presidida por S.E. la Sra. Nancy Ovelar de Gorostiaga, Embajadora Extraordinaria y Plenipotenciaria y Delegada Permanente de la República del Paraguay ante la UNESCO.
Una sesión de información e intercambio se celebrará en la Sede de la UNESCO, en París, el 1 de octubre de 2024 (por la tarde) para presentar los métodos de trabajo del Comité, así como información práctica sobre esta sesión. Esta sesión de información e intercambio también se transmitirá en vivo en la página web del 19.COM.
