I am an 8-bit toy maker.
The Commodore Vic-20 games I produce are mostly remakes of early 1980s classic arcade games or games that were popular to code back in the day on the Commodore Vic-20.
I exclusively use assembly language for the Vic-20 (except when I don't - ha ha ha) and at this particular point in time my weapon of choice is Kick-Assember (kickass) which is a cross compiler for the IBM x64 architecture (Using 64 bit Java).
For the Commodore 64 I mostly use S.E.U.C.K. with some additional assembly code snippets.
Here's some random screenshots of upcoming Vic-20 projects that I may hopefully be able to complete at some point in the future.
