Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room with central heating, television, and tea and coffee making equipment. The extremely competent staff and their quick responses to my needs. The location is favorable in the middle of Cadillac.

The room was spacious and seemed recently renovated. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed right there.

The reservation process was easy, and the customer service agents were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave. We appreciated having our own climate controls in the room, allowing us to adjust the temperature as needed. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. First, some maintenance issues were not properly addressed, such as a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom and electrical outlets that didn't work.

I arrived early for check-in and the front desk staff were accommodating. They checked me in and informed me that my room would be ready soon. They even called me when it was available. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fluffy pillows and a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel also provided good WiFi connectivity. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Modern hotel with extremely spacious rooms and private bathrooms. Good location, a short walk to the fitness center, and great golf courses. Pleasant and amiable staff who are welcoming to all guests. Plenty of outstanding meal options available.

The value for money at Holiday Inn Express in Cadillac was great, and the room was comfortable with a nice scent. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
