About

With over 25 years of experience in wealth management, 15 professional qualifications, and as the author of 9 popular self-help books and renowned speaker across Asia, I am passionate about developing young people to become Premier Financial Professionals and Future Insurance Leaders.

In 2016, our district became the first team in history to achieve 100% MDRT (39% COT and TOT). We defeated over 200 districts to be crowned Champions of the AIA Super Grand District of the Year Award. To date, we continue to be the record holder for the highest MDRT ratio.

Our district consists of nearly 300 highly-educated professionals, including bankers and lawyers (96% tertiary, Masters, PhDs), of which the majority (85%) comes from an IANG background. I’m coined as the “Father of IANG” having recruited the 1st financial planner under the IANG scheme in Hong Kong.

I believe this is the best platform for young professionals to develop their talents, achieve their dreams, and bring peace and smiles to our clients and their families. Together, we strive to build our UTOPIA.

    2020年1月新冠肺炎COVID-19襲港，香港政府為保障市民健康，實施了一系列防疫措施。2月初往來香港與內地的旅客更要接受幾星期的隔離檢疫，引致旅客人數暴跌。這些政策無疑對防疫有一定幫助，但事實上對很多行業也造成沉重的打擊。

    面對原有客源減少，很多同業也嘗試做陌生拜訪（Cold Call）。雖然 Cold Call 方式很多，條條大路也可通羅馬，但遺憾的是團隊精通的那一種 Cold Call 你未必想做，你想做的那一種，團隊卻教不了。當然我的團隊也遇到這問題，於是我想既然我曾出書分享做大單的心得，那為什麼不可以再出版一本書分享 Cold Call 的秘訣？
