The Hearties Family Reunion is a weekend immersion into the world of Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart.” We welcome fans of the series, known as “Hearties,” to beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The reunion offers an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity for fans to hear from the cast, visit the set of Hope Valley, and interact with other Hearties from around the country and globe. It's a one-of-a-kind fan experience!

Current Announcements

August 10, 2024: The Release Form was emailed to attendees via Eventbrite along with some additional updates and reminders. If you did not receive this email, let us know by sending a message to [email protected].

August 10: 2024: We are pleased to announce another fun option add on for fans! The weekend will also include a Hearties Friendship Bracelet Exchange. Take this time before #HFR2024 to make some friendship bracelets to trade with fellow Hearties during the event. It’s a great way to show your creativity and to make new friends. Come ready to join the fun. Here are some examples made by Heartie, Barbara Laird, that she shared with the New England Hearties!

July 20, 2024: We are excited to announce the first ever HFR Costume Contest! For those who are interested in participating, get the details including the theme on Friday’s Event page. We can’t wait to see your creativity come to life!

July 19, 2024: We are now taking Hearties questions for the cast and production panels! This is open to all Hearties, whether you’re attending this year’s event or watching the updates from home. Submit your questions here.

June 28, 2024: 🚨This is your final reminder that if you’d like to join us on Friday for the optional Vancouver City Bus Tour, you must sign up by June 30th which is THIS Sunday!🚨 The link to sign up was in your EventBrite confirmation email. Our event orders the number of buses based on this RSVP, so we will not be able to add you after this deadline, nor once we are in Vancouver - no exceptions. Individuals wanting to participate in this optional tour must be in town early enough to complete HFR Check-In on Thursday night from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

June 20, 2024: This year marks the highest number of entries for the Hearties Family Reunion since 2018! We had a massive response for #HFR2024 which only shows how much everyone loves When Calls the Heart! Even though this means many of you missed out, if you keep showing up for When Calls the Heart, the way #Hearties do year after year, we certainly hope for more seasons and more events in the future! For those of you now registered, we can’t wait to see you in Vancouver this September! 🎉

June 19, 2024: A few spots remain! We sent another small batch of Eventbrite invites today. We will post when the event is sold out, so keep checking your email until then.

June 17, 2024: We are close to selling out, but a small batch of emails were sent from Eventbrite today for our next batch of lucky Hearties from the Opportunity Drawing! Be sure to check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.

June 16, 2024: When Calls the Heart, Episode 11, airs Sunday at 9/8c on Hallmark Channel and SC Heart & Home. We will be pausing the next drawing until Monday morning (June 17, 2024) to allow Hearties to enjoy Father’s Day and the all new episode of WCTH with their families.

June 14, 2024: Another batch of Eventbrite emails were sent. Check your email inbox, spam and junk folders for an Eventbrite email!

June 12, 2024: Another batch of Eventbrite emails went out today. Check your email inbox and be sure to check those spam and junk folders just in case as well. Another 48 hour clock starts for the new group of invites.

June 10, 2024: The first batch of Eventbrite emails have been sent! Check your inbox, Hearties! We had a massive response this year and we are so excited to get the party started. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to email [email protected]. We’ve also created another video with some tips for registering and steps you need to take after you’ve registered. Check it out!

June 9, 2024: The Opportunity Drawing submission period is now closed. We had a huge response this year and are very excited to see so many Hearties hoping to join us in Vancouver! We will post on social media on Monday, June 10, 2024 when the first batch of Eventbrite emails are sent. Good luck to everyone!

June 3, 2024: The Opportunity Drawing is OPEN! You have between now and Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. EST to enter the Opportunity Drawing for the chance to register to attend this year’s event. Get all the details on the Register and Opportunity Drawing pages and good luck to all who enter!

The Opportunity Drawing is back and it is the first step to enter for a chance to register and attend the Hearties Family Reunion.
