You can now set a default "first name" for subscribers who didn’t enter their first name when opting in to your form.

E.g. If johndoe@gmail. com doesn’t have a first name associated, you can write:

Hi %contact.first_name | default: "Friend"%

And the email message will be converted to:

Hi Friend

See contact’s every move / activity

You can now see your contact’s every move / activity on a single page — on the Contacts Timeline.

Meet the Contacts Timeline.

This is useful to help you know how engaged a contact is with you.

On the Timeline page, you can see:

  • What emails were sent to them (sequence or broadcast emails)
  • When they opened which emails
  • Clicked which links from which emails
  • Which offers they bought when, from which links & from which emails
  • What tags were applied to them & when
  • Which form they opted in to & when
  • Which sequence they’re subscribed to & when
  • etc

How to access Timeline

Click any contact:

You’ll go into the Contact Details page. Click [Timeline]:

Thrive Themes API integration (point-n-click)

By popular request, we’ve integrated with Thrive Themes suite of products via API (point-n-click).

No more copy/paste html form code.

This integration works with ALL Thrive Themes suite of products, including but not limited to: Thrive Theme Builder, Thrive Architect, Thrive Leads, Thrive Automator, Thrive Apprentice, Thrive Quiz Builder, Thrive Ultimatum, etc.

To integrate with Thrive Themes via API (point-n-click), just make sure you’re using the latest version of BirdSend WordPress plugin.

If you already have the plugin installed on your site, simply click [update now] on the Plugins page.

Then within Thrive UI dashboard, you’ll automatically see this:

E.g. In your Google Sheets file for your contacts, you have a column called [Occupation].

And whenever there’s a new row /entry, you want to send this [Occupation] data to your BirdSend account via Zapier.

Send (or not send) emails to contacts in specific countries

To do this:

1/ Search contacts by country

2/ Save the results returned by saving it as a [Segment]:
