Deadline also reports IFC Films and Shudder have acquired the rights to Forbidden Fruits, a new horror-comedy from producer Diablo Cody based on Lily Houghton’s play, Of the Women Came the Beginning of Sin, and Through Her We All Die. Starring Lili Reinhart, Lola Tung, Victoria Pedretti, Alexandra Shipp and Emma Chamberlain, the story concerns “a witchy femme cult in the basement of the mall store after hours.”
