PoC: Conclusions and Recommendations

Goal

In PoC, we need just a few P1 conclusions and recommendations:

• disk space >= 90%
• • There is no extreme (>90%) level of index bloat estimated (run many UPDATEs to an existing table with an index)

TODO / How to implement

• first, we generate JSON (separate for Conclusions, separate for Recommendations), then we use it in .md reports.

Acceptance criteria

As a user of postgres-checkup, I see the sattus of two P1 checks in "Conclusions". If status(es) is negative, I see recommendations, how to fix it.
