After reviewing a lot of the existing cookbook recipes, a lot of them were vendor focused and felt better suited for blog posts rather than being hosted on the docs site. In addition, a lot of them are outdated, so I thought it'd be easier to start over with a barebone cookbook that we can build back up as people begin using Vue 3.
