[Bug][Grid] tdProps are not correctly passed to cells.filterCell

Description

The tdProps are not passed to the custom filterCell defined with cells.filterCell

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the following example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-tewu8aqo-dgwf2xfl?file=app%2Fapp.tsx
2. Open the console and notice that the logged tdProps are incomplete

Actual Behavior

The filterCell does not receive all tdProps

Expected Behavior

The filterCell should receive tdProps
