[Bug] No "Create Issue" button

Summary

At Step 2, Activity 5, my top right does not have the "Create Issue" button, despite the alert being an open alert.

Additional context

However, looking at the GitHub actions, I read that to proceed to the next step, I only needed to create an issue, any issue. So, I created one manually from the "Issues" tab to be able to proceed to Step 3.

Suggestion for improvement

For people who cannot see the "Create Issue" button like me:

• Click on the "Issues" tab
• Click the "New issue" button in the top right corner.
• Just add any title and description you want, for example, the Alert number and the links.
• Finally, click "Create" and wait for the GitHub Action to run and refresh.
