Interrupt Stack contains gibberish on PageFault

Interrupt Stack contains gibberish on PageFault. I also tried cloning blog os and doing a page fault. Everthing is wrong in here. Eg the stack segment should be from 0x00 to 0x10 and 0x20 at max but its going wayyyyyy beyond that.
