While revising the documentation on the forge I noticed these "ICE" groups, they were meant (to my knowledge) to be a group of volunteers reducing/bisecting issues filed on the main rust repository to help the triaging. I believe they are not used anymore (at least I've never seen a ping since long) though the pre-triaging of course still happens but in a more unstructured way.
So, in a way, this change should just reflect the actual situation.
The LLVM ping group sunset was mentioned on Zulip ( cc: @jieyouxu if you agree with this change, followup to your rust#138735).
The other ICE group honestly I don't know who to ask, I'll try in #t-release/triage (Zulip link)
