For the time being, custom build scripts only support one command. @metajack pointed out that it makes more sense for that command to be build, since in our examples, installation won't need any custom logic.

fix `undocumented-unsafe-blocks` false positive

This fixes rust-lang#9142 by iterating over the parent nodes as long as within a block, expression, statement, local, const or static.
