Release notes for 1.80.0 are missing on GitHub

The announcement blog post links to https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/releases/tag/1.80.0 which contains no release notes, unlike the previous release https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/releases/tag/1.79.0 which does have release notes. This means that the full Rust/rustc release notes aren't findable from the blog post (though https://dev-doc.rust-lang.org/1.80.0/releases.html does exist if you know where to find it).
