Androidx support required

When enable androidX, Appcompat is different to android.support.v4. Then cannot parse to

"fragment.setView(frame, this);"

For ANYONE who use androidx,

I migrated the latest version "Aug 5, 2019 commit 19c6d03" to androidx.
(ONLY core library)
