When configuring the build with:
./configure EXTENSION_DIR="\${prefix}/lib/php/20230901"
The $prefix variable wasn't replaced when running the installed script:
php-config --extension-dir
It shows ${prefix}/lib/php/20230901 instead of
/usr/local/lib/php/20230901 because of single quotes.
