Problem Statement

Issue alerts with pagerduty notifications include alert title and event message in this case [TESSST] and TypeError... but it can create long messages especially when having many issue alerts

Solution Brainstorm

Including alert titles should instead be optional or customizable.

We don't have plan for creating customization in near future but I added it to our team backlog and will update if we end up prioritizing it.

If you don't plan on adding customisation, would it be possible to add a toggle for this to be turned off? This is adding unnecessary noise to our alerts.

Adding a toggle would also require prioritization. Considering with the same effort customization is a better product solution, I'll keep the ticket like that in the backlog.
