Add Notification for Auto Created Uptime Monitor(s) - Celery #85114
Description
Problem Statement
When Sentry automatically creates an Uptime Monitor we do not notify the user, this can cause confusion and alarm. While in the Audit log you can view that Sentry created a Uptime Monitor, the name of the monitor it's self is not specified. There is nothing showing in the Uptime Monitor it's self to also mark as a monitor created by Sentry for the user to reference easily.

Solution Brainstorm
Either alert team members of Uptime Monitor creation, specify Uptime Monitor name in the Audit log, have an identifier in the Uptime Monitor it's self that identifies it as automatically created by Sentry.
