Wizard: Sourcemaps - Sentry not running at localhost:8000

• running yarn build. Fails with API request failed caused by: [7] Couldn't connect to server (Failed to connect to localhost port 8000 after 0 ms: Couldn't connect to server). What should be running on 8000? Re-running with debug
  It thinks sentry is running on localhost:8000 request GET http://localhost:8000/api/0/organizations/telex-sandbox/chunk-upload/
