Allow performance issues to be auto-assigned #61938
Description
Problem Statement
As a member of the software engineering team who focuses on database performance, it would be nice to have the ability to automatically assign any performance-based issues (such as N+1 queries, slow queries, etc.) to a specific user/group. This would also help clear some of the noise with the Sentry Slack notifications, as users within a team would be able to tune the notifications to receive only issues that are relevant to their area of expertise.
