Define benefits of uploading sourcemaps in docs

In that page, we do not mention in a written form the benefits of uploading source maps:

• Better grouping experience for errors
• Reading the original code as written per developers in the stack trace
• Pre-requisite to hyperlinking to source code with source code integration

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
