Issues List "First Seen" Option Not Sorting As Expected #50262

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the main Issues page
- Sort table by "First Seen"
Expected Result
Sorting Issues by the first time they were seen
Actual Result
When sorting by first_seen, it's actually "sort by first seen in the selected date range". But true First Seen is displayed in the UI.
