typo - change "gloabal" to "global" in docs

Suggestion

Addresses are a fundamental part of interacting with Ethereum. They represent the gloabal identity of Externally Owned Accounts (accounts backed by a private key) and contracts.

this typo is found in src.ts/address/index.ts, lib.esm/address/index.d.ts, and lib.commonjs/address/index.d.ts.

I've only fixed the src.ts location, because the other two should be fixed after build. I've linked a pull request with the single deletion.
