Toolforge's Global Search differently

This tool allows users to search all wikis at once using CirrusSearch and other familiar stuff.

To test or build:

• Install Dart
• Activate webdev pub global activate webdev
• Get dependencies pub get
• Note: You might need to add Dart, pub or webdev paths to PATH

To test: webdev serve (or webdev serve --release on incompatible browsers)

To build: webdev build
