Summary of the mailing list discussion

• This needs further discussion in a meeting or telecon
• SG16 does not need to see this
• Of all the option presented, the one picked by the paper is the prefered solution (ie adding a non-constrained char_type overload). Adding a constraint while possible was deemed over engineered by participants.
• The paper should discuss a narrow delimiter passed to a wide stream (spooky!) - but it is not clear that this is a problem in practice or a problem that can be fixed.
