@inbal2l the ranges aspects of this paper appear to be relatively minor (basically, "should it do the same thing other algorithms do with ranges?" I think the answer is so obviously "yes" that I don't see any reason why we should discuss it in SG9). Do you want me to try and schedule it for Kona anyway?

This is not urgent for Kona. I see your point, but maybe the following is worth a quick discussion:

2. Review terminology in relation to ranges & views
