Python 3.13 support

First of, thank you for this project!

Python 3.13.0 has [been released](https://pythoninsider.blogspot.com/2024/10/python-3130-final-released.html). I was wondering what work is needed to make this project support it. Is it just a matter of adding it to the build system so wheels will be created for it as well, or is there more work required than that?
