Upgrade guide is using the wrong version of the layer architecture

Current ARN is arn:aws:lambda:{region}:017000801446:layer:AWSLambdaPowertoolsPythonV3-python38-x86:{version}, but it should arn:aws:lambda:{region}:017000801446:layer:AWSLambdaPowertoolsPythonV3-python38-x86_64:{version} instead.

Is this related to an existing documentation section?
