Add a possibility to move sidebar from left to right

Add a possibility to move the sidebar where the configurations of boards, libraries and etc are present from left to right

Describe the current behavior

It is not something extremely necessary, but I believe that the right side of the IDE is a little unused, in my opinion the right sidebar would be more aesthetically pleasing

This is just a suggestion, I know there are other pressing issues, but I would like this to be implemented if possible.
