Repro:

1. clone
2. npm install
3. npm start

Google Chrome: Version 53.0.2785.113 m on Windows10

WORKS in Edge

Is there a temporary solution until this propagates? Also getting this on 52.0.2743.116 with angular 1.5x and webpack (oops had 53 installed but had not restarted chrome yet)

This is a zone.js fix. you can get it right now by doing npm install zone.js@0.6.23.
