Use NUCLEO_F429ZI for Azure IoT Hub and Google IoT Core examples testing

Summary of changes

NUCLEO_F429ZI was agreed as a CI target for the cloud connector examples, and it's already enabled for the AWS example. This PR enables it for the Azure IoT Hub and Google IoT Core examples.

Impact of changes

NUCLEO_F429ZI tested in CI for all cloud connector examples.
