Precedent decision of Appeal Court ✊ 🏗 ❌The main reason for the chaotic development in Tbilisi is that construction permits are issued without understanding and ignoring public interests. 🙎♂️ So, for example, a client of our legal company suffered as a result of the construction carried out on the basis of the construction permit issued in violation of the current legislation. 🏗🏢 A multi-storey residential building has been under construction for years adjacent to the private house owned by our client. During the construction process, as a result of vibrations coming from the object, cracks appear in the walls of the victim's house, and the house is substantially damaged.
