Information about TransUnion consumer credit reports
Effective December 1, 2018, Lundquist Consulting, Inc. (“LCI”) became the provider of bankruptcy public record information to TransUnion. If you have questions about the accuracy of the bankruptcy public record information LCI has provided to TransUnion, please contact us by one of the methods referenced below. Please note the following:
- If you would like to request a copy of your credit report or want to freeze your credit report, please contact TransUnion directly.
- If you believe the bankruptcy information included in your credit report has been erroneously matched to you, please contact TransUnion. TransUnion, not LCI, matches bankruptcy information to the TransUnion consumer credit files.
- If you have questions regarding the bankruptcy information being reported, such as an update that appears in bankruptcy court records that is not reflected in your TransUnion report, please submit a detailed description of the bankruptcy information you are concerned about in writing to the mailing address below or email [email protected]. For us to investigate your inquiry, you will need to provide your first name, last name, address and social security number. If you have any other information that you feel would be relevant in resolving your concerns, please include that as well.
