I was treated like a piece of shit by your support, let’s try social media. Some time ago I have created an account on Netflix and attached my card to it. Today I decided to stop my subscription as I am not using it and it seems like paying too much for nothing I have tried to login, but surprisingly my email didn’t exist. I have tried phone - nothing is there. I have tried to restore the account with my name and card details - same here! So according to login data I do not exist but pay you money. I tried to ask support, and they told me I should go to my bank. When I asked them how my bank can help me to restore the account access to my account, they suggested me to create a new account. Isn’t it crazy???
